22FIVE Return & Refund Protocol

Operational Window: Returns are authorised within 14 days of purchase. Beyond this window, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Return Condition: Equipment must be unissued—unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and documentation intact.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate the return process.

Inspection & Clearance: Once your return is received, it will undergo inspection. You will be notified by email of acceptance or denial. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within standard banking timelines.

Refund Delays:

Confirm your bank account for cleared funds.

Contact your bank regarding pending transactions.

Sale Items: Discounted items are subject to the same inspection and clearance protocol as full-priced kit.

Return Dispatch: Mail returns to the designated 22FIVE return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Free outbound shipping remains standard. For items valued over £60, tracked or insured shipping is strongly advised.
